The rosé wine is drawn off from a vat of red grapes, set aside and left to ferment at low temperature to keep all its aromas and fruitiness.
It is very much a palatable, refreshing, sunshine wine to be enjoyed in summertime with barbecues, mixed salads or fish or shellfish starters.
A rosé wine is not made for ageing and is best enjoyed within the two years following purchase.
